Summary: Miles Logan thinks he's pulled the ultimate jewel heist, that is until his friend double crosses him. Two years later and out of prison, Miles must imperonate a cop to try to recover the diamond he hid in police headquaters' air duct system. Review:The plot is somewhat original in it's beginning stages but with Martin Lawrence as the leading man, things fall apart. Basically he really wants to be Eddie Murphy in "Beverly Hill Cop" and his acting style is better suited as a supporting actor, like he did so well in "Bad Boys" with Will Smith. Lawrence ends up helping the cops while he is pretending to be one looking for his diamond and that's what we call irony. At least the ending was different and unexpected.
