Summary: Chauffeur Willard Fillmore just can't get any respect from his rich boss. So in order to get that much deserved respect, he kidnaps her dog and holds it for ranson with the help of his best friend. When the dog is returned accidentally, the boss believes Willards has been kidnapped. Review:This movie is stupid and immature but it's honest fun. Norm MacDonald sticks to what he does best- his usual dry humor schtick made famous from SNL and "Dirty Work." Of course the whole ransom plot gone wrong plot is recycled mvoie garbage but there are moment in here that are worth the viewing. Chappelle is hilarious in the role of the best friend while Danny DeVito makes an appearance as a very weird coroner's office worker.
This movie is a must for the die hard Norm MacDonald fans out there, but for the other 4.6 billion people on the earth, you might want to wait until it somehows gets played on cable.
