Catch Dave Chappelle as Zee

Theatrical Release Date: February 27, 1998

Summary: Ever wonder what it's like to be a thirty-something struggling actor/waiter in Manhattan in a relationship that doesn't seem to be going anywhere? Take a glimpse into the life with The Real Blonde. Review:

In the Hollywood world of special effects and $20 million a picture actors and actress, The Real Blonde, distinguishes itself as a sublte and understated film. The bottom ranks of the acting world in New York can be a pretty brutal place and the film manages to convey the frustration and disapointment that goes along with the career. There are no big names in the film but you might recognize the faces of Matthew Modine and Darryl Hannah. The star of this film is the writer/director Tom Dicillo.
